There are no additional fees for on-site visits to Guadalupe County and the neighboring counties. We understand a large part of IT service may require boots on the ground. If we can't get you going remotely, we won't charge you more to go on site in these areas.
We believe excellent IT support starts with prevention,
so our monitoring service includes preventative maintenance as well.
